Cancellation Policies

The customer acknowledges that, in the event of cancellation or withdrawal from the purchase, a compensatory penalty fee will be charged as outlined below.

  • Full refund for cancellation requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  • Partial refund of 40% of the total amount for cancellation requests made by November 30, 2026.
  • For cancellations made outside the timeframes specified above, or in the event of a no-show, the full cost of the service will be charged.
