HISTORY OF HOSPITALITY: BUILDING KNOWLEDGE SINCE 1993.

Since 1993, Sinthoresp has been fulfilling its mission of qualifying the category with excellence; when it founded its School, conceived by the president, Dr. Francisco Calasans Lacerda, and Professor Aparecido Molitor, who developed and taught its first classes in the course "The Art of Serving Well". Since then, it has shared, taught, and learned that educating, more than knowing and knowing how to do, is being. And, being, it has the authority to transform, through the integral formation of the person, the reality of a category.

In the 90s, the construction of our Leques Brasil – Hotel School also began; today realizing the dream of experiencing learning in practice.

In these 23 years, the School has qualified many professionals; enabling promotions and new entrepreneurs. A life lesson made possible when one has social responsibility.

In 2014, the School strengthened its relationship with the job market through the Integration Project, which involves visits to hotels, restaurants, and bars, forging partnerships and building a crucial three-pronged approach: Employee, Employer, and Union – a necessary union for the success of any category.

In 2015, new courses and laboratories in the gastronomic area were introduced, along with innovative projects for disseminating knowledge and skills. In 2016, President Calasans named the School after Professor Aparecido Molitor, a well-deserved tribute to someone who learned to teach by listening to the difficulties of the profession, building in each class – student, educator, and coordination – attitudes of hospitality, only possible when ethics and sustainability form its foundation!

New projects, new actions based on this ethical, sustainable and responsible foundation: a School of Excellence, which integrates and internalizes the quality of the individual into the worker, whose distinguishing feature is the development of the being, a diverse and unique being in the excellence of hospitality.
